Whether you’ve been raising kids, building your career, or holding down the fort — suddenly, there’s space. Time. And with it, an uncomfortable but inevitable question: What’s next?
You might feel unmotivated, unsure, or even guilty for wanting something more. You might find yourself stuck in a loop of overthinking, waiting for the “right time,” or convincing yourself you’re too late. But here’s the truth: It’s not too late. You’re not behind. And that restless feeling? It’s not something to fix — it’s something to follow.

We’re Colette and Laura — therapists, coaches, and women in midlife.
With nearly 40 years of combined clinical experience, we created this program because we kept hearing the same thing from our clients: "I don’t know what I want. But I know it’s not this." We know that therapy has its place, but sometimes you need something different. A community, a structure, and a reawakening.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll reconnect with yourself and rediscover the strengths that may have taken a backseat to everything (and everyone) else. You’ll begin to release limiting beliefs, quiet self-doubt, and let go of the pressure to be everything for everyone. You’ll build a more compassionate relationship with your inner critic, learn to set boundaries without guilt, and find your voice again — clear, confident, and unapologetic.
Together, we’ll explore how to care for your mind and body in this season of life, move past stuck points, and take aligned action rooted in your values. You’ll set goals that actually feel good to pursue, build the muscle of follow-through, and strengthen your motivation even when resistance creeps in. Most importantly, you’ll celebrate your growth and walk away with the tools, clarity, and confidence to keep going — long after our 12 weeks together are done.

Work with Your Internal Protectors
Reclaim the narrative around midlife and framing it as a powerful turning point. You'll begin by reconnecting with who you are today: your strengths, your values, and your vision. Through guided reflection and embodied practice, you’ll begin to shift your mindset and recognize this season as an opportunity for deep growth and expansion.
Untangle the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that hold you back — like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Together, we’ll distinguish between the obstacles you can’t control and the ones you can, so you can reclaim your energy and start investing it back into yourself. You’ll identify and explore the false narratives you’ve been telling yourself about your limitations, and begin to challenge them. By tapping into your imagination, you’ll connect with a future version of yourself– one who’s living with more freedom, clarity, and confidence.
Shift the way you speak to yourself. You’ll explore your core limiting beliefs and begin to develop a more supportive inner dialogue. You will build a collaborative relationship with interior parts, so you can trust yourself and navigate challenges with greater ease.
Learn how to connect to younger parts of self, tune into your vulnerable needs and offer yourself compassion. Your internal world is made up of many parts, each with its own voice, agenda, and needs. By integrating those parts — rather than ignoring or silencing them — you’ll gain clarity, boost your confidence, and begin making decisions from your sage self.
Activation
This week is about doing the thing — even when you're scared. True confidence isn’t something you’re born with; it’s something you develop, one small act at a time. Instead of waiting until you feel “ready,” you’ll build capacity to take action in the face of fear.
Through science-backed strategies for risk taking and habit formation, you’ll expand your tolerance for discomfort — without overwhelming your system.
Advocate for yourself with clarity and kindness — without overexplaining, apologizing, or shrinking. Assertive communication isn’t about being loud or confrontational; it’s about honoring your voice and standing in your truth, even when it feels unfamiliar. Together, we’ll explore the difference between passive, passive-aggressive, aggressive and assertive communication — and how “Good-Girlitis” can keep women from expressing what they really need.
This week, you’ll learn how to set boundaries that protect your time, energy, and emotional well-being — without spiraling into guilt or self-doubt. Boundaries aren’t walls; they’re bridges to healthier relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself. We’ll explore how chronic people-pleasing and self-abandonment often masquerade as kindness, and how to recognize when your inner “Giving Tree” has given too much. You'll begin practicing what it feels like to say no — and mean it.
Re-define what self-care means to you — not as bubble baths and checklists, but as radical acts of self-respect. You’ll learn to identify what truly replenishes you (mind, body, and spirit), and begin creating rhythms that support your well-being through all seasons of life, including perimenopause and menopause. You’ll explore how movement, rest, joy, and nourishment can become rituals — not afterthoughts — and leave with your own “Replenishment Recipe” to return to again and again.
Integration
Step into the driver’s seat when it comes to your health. You’ll connect with your vitality — not from a place of pressure, but from a place of power – and explore how your current stage of life intersects with your goals, energy, and ability to show up for the future you desire.
Through “vitality farming,” you’ll map out practices that seed long-term wellness: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether it’s rest, movement, or medicine — this is about planting what you want to grow.
Shift from vague intentions to clear, energizing goals that reflect who you are and what matters most to you now. Instead of chasing outcomes that drain or distract you, you’ll learn how to create goals that feel aligned, doable, and rooted in your values. By getting granular — and making your goals visible, tangible, and supportive — you’ll build momentum in a way that honors your capacity and prevents burnout.
This week is about what happens after the excitement fades. When progress feels slow and doubt creeps in. These moments are part of the process — not signs to stop. Together, we’ll explore how to navigate setbacks, self-sabotage, and resistance using mindset tools that build grit, resilience, and emotional flexibility. You’ll learn to identify where you are in the change cycle, and how to stay the course — even when things get hard.
You’ve done the work — now it’s time to honor it. This final week is about integrating everything you’ve learned, celebrating how far you’ve come, and envisioning what comes next. You’ll take time to reflect on the shifts you’ve made — both big and small — and solidify your commitment to continued growth. Using ritual, reflection, and imagination, you’ll tap into your long-view vision: not just who you are now, but who you're becoming.
How it Works
This program is intentionally structured to create lasting change. Here’s what you can expect:
Join a Supportive Circle
You’ll be placed in a small, intimate group of 5–8 women. This allows for safety, depth, and the kind of connection that fuels transformation.
Stay Connected Between Sessions
You’ll get access to a private group chat where you can check in, ask questions, and feel supported in real time.
Weekly 90-Minute Zoom Sessions
Each week, we’ll gather on Zoom for a structured, yet soulful experience. You’ll receive expert guidance, participate in live discussions, and engage in practices that reconnect you to your inner wisdom.
Integrate What You Learn
Each week, we’ll offer integration assignments designed to be manageable, meaningful, and aligned with your goals. This is where ideas become action.

12 Weeks of Group Coaching
One 90-minute session per week. Each session includes:
Psycho-education:
Evidence-based skills on topics like assertiveness, boundaries, imposter syndrome, and self-compassion.
Group Discussion:
Share what you’re navigating in real time. Get feedback, feel witnessed, and hear yourself out loud in ways that shift everything.
Experiential Activities:
Guided visualizations, meditations, parts work, and journaling to reconnect with your intuition and build inner trust.
